A&P Properties have over 12 years’ experience in the rental of houses to students.

Unlike many other landlords, we do not charge any upfront admin fees to rent one of our properties.

All properties are managed and maintained by a local independent landlord. Therefore, in the unlikely event of anything going wrong, you won’t experience any delays or bureaucracy.
